2º Speculation

At this stage, you’ll be able to determine when you need your deliveries, which dates will work best for you, identifying your milestones along the way, and brainstorming your worst enemies – risks. Working closely as a team will be a key factor to work collaboratively and find a way to unite all the phases in a safe and organized way, where all parties can achieve their objectives in a given time, and establish the costs involved in the entire project.

3º Explore

The challenge begins. With the right communication plan, you will be able to build a system that works automatically, and the project manager will be on a mission to make sure that the entire project is on track, that everyone can meet their deadlines so that the rest of the tasks do not.
